LLM. Large language model
Definition
Large language model: the software behind ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and the rest, trained on a very large body of text to produce fluent language in response to a prompt. In a retailer it now writes product copy, email, imagery briefs and customer service replies, and it is one of the kinds of software that agentic commerce, GEO and llms.txt are intended to help understand the offer.
