The Cat’s Whiskers
The self-assessment
Thirty-six readiness checks across seven foundations.
Why this is a hypothesis, not a score
For each statement, answer plainly: is this in place, partly in place, or not yet? Nothing you enter leaves this page; the score is calculated in your browser and shown only to you. Thirty minutes.
Your readiness rating
By foundation
A self-assessment shows where to look. The Barking Cat Review shows what your customers see when they look, measures it against your numbers, and names the constraint that is actually binding.
What happens next
Thirty minutes, no pitch. If there is work worth doing, a fixed-fee proposal in writing within two working days. Then the engagement, or a plain no.
