Being understood

A customer landing from a paid ad in November has given you seconds. If the page does not answer what you sell, why you are credible, and whether the thing is in stock, they leave and you have paid for the privilege. Peak traffic is your least patient traffic, because a larger share of visitors are seeing you for the first time.

The customer test. Could a stranger, arriving cold, understand what you sell, find what they came for, and see what you would most like them to buy, without being told. If not, Q4 media spend does not fix it. It amplifies it.

On the checklist

  • A cold visitor understands what we sell and why us within seconds.
  • Top landing pages show stock reality, not things we cannot ship.
  • The homepage earns the paid traffic we are about to send it.

Before peak arrives

This playbook is the front-end read a house can run on itself. The Barking Cat Review takes the whole house apart, shop front and back office, finds the binding constraint, and puts commercial numbers against it before peak arrives.
